Yogurt Bomb

Ingredients


500g Yogurt
120g White Sugar
1 pck. Vanilla Sugar (8g)
400ml all-purpose Cream
1 splash of a fresh Lemon or untreated Lemon Peel
500g any fruits you desire frozen or fresh (I used strawberries)
White Sugar to taste

 

 

Yogurt Bomb

 

  1. Prepare 1 day before serving.
     

  2. Mix yogurt, lemon and vanilla sugar together.
     

  3. Whip the cream and fold it carefully under the yogurt mixture.
     

  4. Take a big sieve, line it with a clean kitchen towel and drop it on bowl, so that the leaking liquid of the yogurt can flow into it.
     

  5. Now pour the mixture into the sieve and put it into the refrigerator to chill overnight.
     

  6. Next day flip the sieve on a plate.
     

  7. Thaw the fruits. Put some aside for garnishing.
     

  8. Blend half of the fruits in a blender or mash them with a fork. Add the other half as a whole.
     

  9. Mix it and add sugar as preferred.
     

  10. Surround and garnish the yogurt bomb with fruits and pour the sauce over it.
