Tiramisu

Ingredients:


6 Egg Yolks
½ cup Sugar
600g Mascarpone
400g Ladyfingers
1 cup Cocoa, ready to drink (alternative coffee and Amaretto)
Unsweetened Cocoa as a topping

Tip:
If you do not have mascarpone substitute with:
250g full fat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (blend everything).

Tiramisu

 

1. Mix egg yolk and sugar until fluffy and add the creamy stirred mascarpone.

2. Now mix well.

3. Lay biscuits in a form with high sides, and sprinkle them with the cocoa-drink. Adults are also welcome to use coffee or Amaretto instead of cocoa.

4. Spread the cream over the biscuits.

5. Scatter the unsweetened cocoa with a colander on the cream.

6. Allow the mixture to chill in the refrigerator. Best overnight.
