Ingredients

 

  • 3 cups Rice

  • 1 package frozen mixed Wok vegtables (600g) or you mix it yourself out of fresh vegetables. Choose as desired. My mix contains carrots, soya bean sprouts, beans, onions, yellow Paprika, celery.

  • 400 g Chicken Breast

  • Curry

  • Turmeric

  • Salt

  • Garlic Powder

  • 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce


 

Chicken Curry

Rice Chicken Curry

 

  1. Boil your rice as usual.
     

  2. Cut your Chicken into serving sizes.
     

  3. Fry your Chicken in a big pot.
     

  4. Then add the vegetables and stir fry until done.
     

  5. Now add the boiled rice and mix well.
     

  6. Add the spices, amount as desired and mix again.
     

  7. Fry 5 minutes.
