Crêpes Filipino Recipes

For the topping you can use Nutella or any kind of chocolate bar, jam or honey. It mustn't be sweet! You can also top it with some adobo and salad, that for just leave the vanilla or lemon flavour away.

Ingredients

 

1/4 L Milk
2 Eggs
100g All Purpose Flour
10g melted Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Flavour or Lemon Flavour (as you prefer)

Crêpes

  1. Mix the ingredients together.
     

  2. Heat a pan and butter it lightly to prevent sticking.
     

  3. If it is hot put one ladle of your mixture in the pan and wave it all over.It will be a thin dough so don't worry.
     

  4. Turn it carefully if you notice that the edges are starting to turn goldenbrown.
     

  5. Fry the other side just for short and put it on a plate.
     

  6. There spread your nutella thin and evenly over the crépes, then roll it and eat as long as it is warm.
     

  7. If you prefer a chocolate bar just roll it into the dough it will melt inside and you can enjoy your crépes.
