Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Coconut Strips (Buko)
150g Condensed Milk
220g Cream
80g Powdered Gelatine
1 ¼ cups water
6 drops Buko Pandan flavoring
½ cup Tapioca Pearls

Combine water and powdered gelatin and n stir using a spoon.

Add the Buko Pandan flavoring and mix well until everything is evenly distributed.

Heat a saucepan and bring mixture to a boil while continuously stirring.

Then transfer the mixture to a mold and put it to in the refrigerator to allow the temperature to cool down. The texture of the mixture should be firm once cooled.

Now combine condensed milk, table cream, tapioca pearls, and young coconut and mix well.

Allow the texture to thicken by chilling in the refrigerator or freezer for a few hours.

Slice the firm gelatin into 2,5 cm cubes.

Then combine with the condensed milk-cream-young coconut-tapioca mixture.

Transfer to individual serving platters or cups.

You may top with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream before serving.
