Ingredients

 

1 kg Beef 

1 cup Soja Sauce 

1 cup Water 

7 Philippine Calamansi or 3 Lime 

2 Red Onions

1. Chop your beef into thin slices.

2. Add 1 Cup water and 1 Cup Soja Sauce.

3. Squeeze your calamansi or lime into it and Mix it well! Steep it for about 1 Hour in the fridge. Meanwhile slice your onions. You can prepare you rice if you want to serve it with your Bistek.

4. Fry your meat without the marinade.

5. After that, add the marinade and the onions and cook at middle heat for 6 minutes.

6. Now you can serve it with Rice.
