Ingredients
6 cups Sticky rice
1 Liter Coconut Milk
4 cups Brown Sugar or Palm Sugar
Topping Ingredients (optional)
600 ml condensed milk
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
3-6 tablespoon flour
Biko

Cook the rice in a rice cooker.

In a seperate pot bring the coconut milk to boil.

Then add the brown sugar or palm sugar and boil until it gets thick and creamy. Stir constantly, it may takes about 15 minutes.

Add the rice and stir another 5-10 minutes until it is thick but not dry.

Now you can transfer it in a serving dish.
Topping

Preheat your oven to 180°C

If you prefer a topping, you have to transfer your biko in an oven safe dish.

Mix all ingredients and pour it over your Biko.

Put the Biko in the oven until the topping is thick enough. It may takes about 10-20 minutes, depending on your oven.
