Ingredients
1 kg Chicken or Pork
3 pcs dried Bay Leaves
½ cup Soy Sauce
4 tbsp Vinegar
3 cloves Garlic, minced
2 cups Water
1/4 cup Cooking Oil
Salt & Pepper

Cut the meat into serving pieces.

Combine the soy sauce and garlic in a large container and marinade the meat overnight.

Place the cooking oil in a pan and apply heat.

When the oil is hot enough, put-in the marinated meat.

Add the water and bring to boil.

Then put the dried bay leaves and simmer for about 30 minutes or until the meat is tender enough
-
Add vinegar, salt, and pepper and simmer for another10 to 12 minutes.

You may serve it with rice.
